
Eight of Senator Reyes’ Bills Signed into Law

(SACRAMENTO) — Senator Eloise Gómez Reyes (D-Colton) today announced that eight of the nine bills that she sent to the Governor’s desk have been signed into law. These bills build on progress made on environmental justice, economic and educational opportunity, and civil rights over the course of Senator Reyes’ Legislative tenure.
“The continued success of these policies demonstrates the power of collaboration and partnership across all interests, and it strengthens my resolve to continue marching toward my vision for a healthy, safe, and abundant Inland Empire for all” said Senator Reyes. “My team and I are working hard to prepare for a strong return to Session in January with a new slate of proposals that will bring us even closer to achieving this vision.”
