Senator Reyes Speaks in Support of SB 747 to Hold ICE Agents Accountable

Our rights are guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution and yet the federal government is not hesitating to murder protesters in our city streets. Enough. We must eradicate this cancer for the health of our Nation. SB 747 allows Californians to seek remedy against federal agents that trample on our rights and I'm proud to have voted to support this bill.
